We offer very affordable hunting and fishing packages that are tailored to your choice of fish or game. If hunting or fishing doesn’t suit you, you will find no shortage of fun outdoor activities for the whole family, such as volleyball, horseshoes, hiking, mountain biking, and more. The land and facilities can be used for many events, from weddings to company picnics, anniversary parties and birthdays.

There is a 60' by 40' tent suitable for weddings, cookouts, or whatever else comes to mind. During the winter the fun continues, as we are conveniently located on the VAST trail, with plenty of opportunities for snowmobiling, snowshoeing, and cross-country skiing. The beautiful views overlook the green mountains of central Vermont.
